The Benefit Of Kindness

Today's meditation demonstrates the benefits of being kind to others. We can only concentrate on what we can control and we can't guarantee kindness in return of course.
I have had a good think about this one and read it through a few times, but I can't compare this to trading.
It is a challenge for a lot of people (myself included) to focus on having the ability to choose to respond with kindness. Especially if you are not getting kindness back in return!
I'm not sure if I could do this in every situation; could you?
