Honesty As Our Default

Wow! Today's meditation! Where do I start on this one?
When we think of trading, we need to be totally honest with ourselves more than anything else.
If we can do that by sticking to the rules/criteria for our strategies and executing and managing our trades fully to completion, we know that through regular practice, we are consistently making the right choices.
By being honest with ourselves, we are not changing or breaking our rules and we are sticking 100% to our trading plan.
Operating this way means that we are using "honesty as our default" ensuring long term profitability, which is what we are striving for of course.
