What Time Off Is For

I read today's meditation with interest and I must admit that I do enjoy a nice relaxing break on holiday. I will have at least a couple of trading books, loaded on my kindle though. So while relaxing by the pool or on the beach and re-charging the batteries, I will also be learning and/or reinforcing the knowledge that I have already gained.
I always return from holiday, refreshed, re-charged and ready to get trading again!
I was in the fortunate position of being able to work part time and trade, which gave me a better work/leisure lifestyle.
I retired 3 years before receiving my state pension, last February, so now I am in an even better position!
We all need a break from the hard work that we put in, from managing the balancing act of working and trading etc.
This to me is "what time off is for"
