A short and simple message from today's meditation.
We can also say the same for trading too of course. We need to trade consistently day in, day out and set that standard to aim for, every day that we trade. No excuses for avoiding this, because there are no shortcuts and we have to put in the hard work to get our reward!
At the end of today's meditation there is a short quote from Bill Belichick an American football coach of the New England Patriots. It is "Do your job" It's as simple as that!
Stick to the plan and get better and better at executing and managing your trades to completion. Consistency breeds confidence and familiarity in what you are doing and achieving.
Here is another quote from Belichick which is also a great reminder for us as traders too! "What we can control is our performance and our execution and that's what we're going to focus on."
So with this in mind, let's keep it simple and do just that, every time that we trade!
